The Peak Team Rangers (Fr)

As a team of forest rangers, your mission is to ensure the well-being of the various species in your wildlife reserve while protecting them from potential threats. In The Peak Team, a cooperative game by Scott Almes, 2 to 5 rangers work together to explore the reserve and complete their missions before running out of actions!

The main board represents the nature reserve, dominated by an imposing mountain divided into distinct regions. Using a "reverse draft" mechanism, where each player assigns their cards to the others, the rangers acquire the tools they need to explore the mountain using different paths and transportation systems.

By reaching different locations and observing the flora and fauna, players complete their personal missions and earn bonuses. Each ranger has two mission slots that fill up as tasks are completed. In addition, each ranger is slightly asymmetrical and has unique abilities that can have a significant impact on the game.

The game also includes an advanced mode with weather mechanics, offering a formidable challenge for experienced players.
