Tax the Rich (Multi)

The card game Tax the Rich features a deck of cards representing characters from various social ranks, ranging from the poor to the president. Each round begins with a simple bidding phase where players determine both the trump suit and the number of tricks needed to score bonus points. The winner of the bid must then win the required number of tricks, with the help of their ally.

The game plays out in a classic manner, with the highest-ranking cards being the most powerful. However, if at any point all the cards remaining in your hand bear a flag symbol, you can trigger a "revolution" by revealing your cards. This reverses the social hierarchy, making the lowest-ranking cards the most powerful. Once the revolution is triggered, you are publicly exposed and must play the rest of the round with your cards face up.

With an optional variant, players can also collect cards bearing a feminist icon to trigger a feminist revolution, increasing the value of all female characters.
