BB-8 - Star Wars

BB-8, sometimes spelt Beebee-Ate, was a BB-unit astromech droid that operated approximately thirty years after the Battle of Endor. He had a domed head, similar to the R2 series of astromech droids, and most of his body consisted of a ball on which the droid's head rolled. BB-8 was predominantly white, with some silver and orange on his body, as well as a black photoreceptor. The droid belonged to Resistance pilot Poe Dameron, whom he accompanied on flights in his X-wing T-70 fighter.
