Fellow globetrotters, in this cooperative memory game, travel the world and set out
to discover the monsters, spirits, and other legendary creatures—both big and small—that inhabit it.

The Monster Encyclopedia comes in five colorful volumes—just like a real encyclopedia—representing the five continents of the world. Each volume contains all the materials needed to visit three different countries. Each country offers a new way to play, with its own challenges, rules, and monsters.

Find all the monsters! On your turn, play a Monster card and use its power to try to find the corresponding token. If the monster is found, it remains visible; otherwise, a candle goes out, all the monsters go back into hiding, and you start over, remembering their locations.

And it’s not just a game! With every page you turn in your encyclopedia, learn more about the creatures and local customs of each country, as told by their inhabitants.
