Soundwave - Transformers

Soundwave (aka Soundblaster) is the spymaster of the Decepticons. One of Megatron's first disciples, believed by many to have contributed to his rise, he uses his tentacles and a veritable army of Mini-Con Deployers to learn everything there is to know about his allies and enemies. He was never very talkative, but these days on Earth he has become almost silent, communicating by listening to recordings of other people's conversations. He sneaks around, patiently listening for Autobot transmissions, and gives you goosebumps.
