Take the initiative:
Take action with multi-purpose cards. Copy the leader, pivot to new tactics, or seize the initiative for the next round. Timing is essential.

Declare your ambitions:
Each round you set the objectives that everyone competes against to win.

Crush your enemies:
Gather your navy for battle, plan your strategy using three types of dice, then roll them all at once to resolve the battle in a snap.

Each set contains over 100 wooden ships and agents, 18 custom-engraved dice, a beautiful six-panel board, and tons of cards with over 60 unique pieces of art.
