Viking Raiders (Fr)

Viking Raiders is a card game for 2-5 players in which players are Viking chieftains battling to build the biggest navy, create the biggest clan and get the most loot.

On your turn, you draw 2 cards to see what your clan did while you were away. Did they concentrate on resources and mine stone or gold, collect timber, create new Vikings or increase food supplies? Sometimes they spent their time preparing actions for you by capturing a wandering Berserker or preparing a raid (one of their favorite activities). Or perhaps they've obtained a favor from one of the Nordic gods or goddesses?

Each turn, you can perform an action (e.g., raid or obtain a favor from a god or goddess) and buy an item at the central market. You buy items using the resources you have on hand, and can choose between ships for your navy, buildings for your clan and valuable items for your loot. Each item earns 1 to 3 victory points, and the first player to achieve an agreed number of victory points in each category wins the game.
