Extension for the game Dominion. This expansion cannot be played alone and you will need Dominion or Dominion The Intrigue.

The Hinterland adds 26 new Kingdom cards, including 20 Action cards, 3 Treasure cards, 3 Victory cards, and 3 Reaction cards. At the heart of this expansion: the actions occurring immediately after receiving or purchasing a card.

Whether it's receiving a card for free, getting a Gold card, or giving Curses to your opponents, you'll need to take into consideration what simply acquiring a card can now cause.
