In Namiji, you are fishermen from ancient Japan, navigating in the southern waters of the Nippon archipelago, just a few kilometers away from the famous Tokaido route. You will need to make the most of your day at sea to win the game.
In order to do so, you will have the opportunity to admire magnificent marine species, fish with a fishing rod and a net to fill your basket with colorful fish, and retrieve your crustacean traps.
You can take advantage of stops to improve your fishing equipment, and you will also need to float your paper offerings to satisfy the maritime deities.
While it is a spiritual sequel, Namiji is a completely standalone board game that does not require Tokaido to be played. Now is the time to set sail and head towards the first visible archipelago. The adventure begins!
