Free shipping in Quebec and Ontario with any $99+ puchase before tax

Flat fee of $15 plus tax for purchases below this amount

Additionnal charges may apply for large items or for delivery to remote areas

Our deliveries are made using the most optimal carrier for your order to ensure you receive it within a reasonable timeframe (2 to 5 business days). However, please note that if you are in a remote area, additional fees may be charged. Should this situation arise, we will contact you before proceeding.

Return and exchange policy

Did you make the wrong purchase? You can return the product to us, in store, within 3 weeks of your purchase. For returns by post, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. The box must not have been opened.

Non-Refundable and non-exchangable items

You will find the words "vente ferme" on the purchase receipt for items that are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Products puchased on sale

Unless a "vente ferme" is indicated on the purchase receipt, products on sale are subject to our usual return policy.
