The Nefarious Neighbor expansion opens up the game Runes & Regulations to 5-8 players and completely changes the dynamics.

In this expansion, a dark wizard with horrible powers (and intentions) moves into the neighborhood, forcing other players to decide whether to team up or continue bickering. It also includes cards to shuffle into the main deck to help other players counter and thwart the neighbor's evil plans.
