Unique en son genre is a card game that invites children ages 5½ to 9 to notice that identity, physical characteristics, preferences, and ways of expressing oneself can change over time, through experiences, and depending on the context. The game reminds us that there is no single way to be or define oneself, and that diversity enriches our view of others as well as ourselves.
