HMS Victory is a 104-gun ship of the line of the Royal Navy. Launched in 1765, it is the oldest warship in the world still in service. Victory is best known as the flagship of Admiral Lord Nelson during the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. This battle cemented Britain's dominance as a naval power well into the early 20th century.
