Evolutopia is a cooperative game, in which you have to implement changes in the city to eliminate all existing nuisances and make sufficient progress on 3 of the 5 key indicators.
To achieve this goal, you'll select and assign experts to carry out the upgrades.
But these experts must also be used to manage crises which, if they accumulate, will cause you to lose the game.
Each of you will be assigned particular powers (roles) and may have access to good plans to help you accomplish your common mission.
Players win together or lose together.
