The expansion "Leeghwater Project" adds to the base game Barrage:
- A new faction, the Netherlands, which utilizes the water management expertise of the former Jan Leeghwater, allowing you to add more water to your dams.
- The "Outdoor Works" mechanism, a set of very powerful tiles that can be obtained in a new action space. You can perform multiple actions with these tiles, but be careful! To use the Outdoor Works, you need to spend a certain amount of concrete mixers and excavators instead of placing them on the construction wheel.
- The "Personal Building" tiles. Each game will offer a combination of 5 building tiles, each with a different power that can be activated by your engineers.
- Two new senior officer tiles designed to enhance the Outdoor Works and Personal Buildings.
- Three new advanced technology tiles dedicated to the construction of Personal Buildings.
