February 1942. The Nazis are developing a secret project called the Army of the Deep. Informed of their intentions, a determined adventurer risks his life and sanity to thwart their plans. He can count on the unwavering loyalty of Sergeant Red and the help of a scientist named Karen Baker. The small group travels across the war-torn world: Nazi Germany, England, the Black Sea coast, North Africa, and all the way to the Philippines, where the entrance to a mysterious and terrifying universe lies.

The terrible truth dawns on our friends: the Nazis and their Japanese allies have formed an alliance with indescribable aquatic creatures capable of invading any territory from the sea. If they succeed, England will fall, then America and the rest of the free world!
