This is an expansion; a copy of Catan - 6th Edition (Fr) is required to play.

The previous edition and the current edition of CATAN can be used together. Some product combinations have different card backs, which can be resolved by purchasing CATAN-format card protectors or replacement cards. Some accessories may not be compatible between editions due to changes in component size or design.
